Join us for an exciting evening at the Council On Aging (COA) Friday Night Dance hosted by the Simi Valley Senior Center. These monthly dances, held on the second Friday of each month from 6:30 to 10:00 p.m., have become a popular event, drawing attendees from as far as San Pedro and Torrance.
The evening features live music by the Rhythm Kings, providing a lively and fun atmosphere.
Previous dances have included themes such as a luau and have seen participation from approximately 100 older adults. The dances offer a tremendous amount of camaraderie and the opportunity to meet new people. Dancing to live music is not only fun but also a great way to exercise. The lights are turned down low, creating an inviting and relaxed environment.
Bring your friends and enjoy a night of dancing and great music. Refreshments will be available. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., so come early to get a good spot!
