    On Saturday, 7/27, CKO Kickboxing will be hosting a women’s self defense workshop, ages 16 and up, led by Gabby Sifuentes. The cost is $69 and all proceeds go to our non-profit, Body Brain Train. We have 10 Spots available, click on the ticket link to save your spot.
