SUMMARY:Iceoplex Public Skating
DESCRIPTION:A public skating session is a leisure skating session for skaters of all ages and abilities. It is common to see skaters of all ages and abilities on the ice during public skating sessions.  Figure skaters are able to get in some practice during public skating sessions. Beginners\, recreational skaters\, and hockey players skate on sessions that are open to the general public. \nPublic Session skaters may wear protective helmets\, such as hockey or bicycle helmets. Also\, gloves (hockey or regular) may be worn to keep hands warm and protected on public sessions. NO other hockey gear is permitted on public sessions. Skaters will be asked to remove all other hockey gear prior to returning to the ice. There are no exceptions and no refunds will be given for this rule. Thank you \nPlease visit our Skating School for information regarding lessons. \n$17/skater (all ages) and includes skate rental\nPublic session Vouchers available: 12 passes for $186.00 (includes skate rental if needed).

DESCRIPTION:The Kiwanis Club of Simi Valley has joined with the City of Simi Valley and the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District to bring this exciting event to Simi Valley. \nWe are proud to be a part of this exciting event featuring fireworks and entertainment for the entire family. \nThe gates to the Star-Spangled Rock ‘N Country Jam will open at 3:00  PM with non-stop entertainment\, food\, and FREE Fun for kids. \nBring your family and friends\, and don’t forget your lawn chairs and blankets. \nStage Lineup: \n\n\n3:15PM: Silver Lining \n\n\n5PM: FamDamly \n\n\n7PM: Forever Rod (Rod Stewart tribute) \n\n\nAdmission is FREE or you can opt for the VIP Experience for an extra special afternoon and evening that includes delicious BBQ\, drinks\, shaded seating for the concert and a special viewing area for the fireworks.
